Why the Smart Data Hub?
Comprehensive renovation planning often fails due to a lack of data or the difficulty of consolidating data, planning renovation steps and setting targets for entire portfolios. Financing is another difficulty. To address this problem, the MESTRI-CE project together with Scandens developed a Smart Data Hub designed to support building owners (and all stakeholders involved with buildings) in their planning.
